Volunteers provide a vital service in our hospital for patients, families and visitors. If working with people is your desire - we have the volunteer role for you! What you receive will be as significant as what you share. You can volunteer as little as four hours a week with service opportunities seven days a week! Join a caring team of volunteers and allow yourself an opportunity to share your special talents and skills! Sunnyside Community Hospital Auxiliary Our hospital has an active Auxiliary. Auxiliary members run the hospital gift shop and are involved in many other projects that benefit the hospital and health care in our area. Every year the Auxiliary awards college scholarships to local students pursuing careers in health care. For more information about the hospital auxiliary or volunteering in our Gift Shop, please contact Penny Duren at 837-1651.
