The hospital operates a series of four rural health clinics, a free standing Ear Nose and Throat Clinic, and one provider based specialty clinic in the Lower Valley communities of Grandview and Sunnyside, Washington. The Swofford Halma Clinic, a privately owned rural health clinic also serves the Lower Valley and admits patients at the hospital.

The hospital offers emergency care, Family Birth Center, complete surgical services, laboratory, 4-D obstetrical ultrasound, digital mammography, cardiopulmonary services, registered dietician and Diabetes Educator services to patients living and working in the area known as the Lower Yakima Valley.
