Sunnyside Community Hospital Foundation is the philanthropic support organization of the hospital. The hospital prepares for the future of the communities of the Lower Valley, with the support of Lower Valley residents, businesses and associations who support the Foundation.

In December 2007, the Foundation capped their most recent success with the opening of the new Emergency Department. Patients and staff have both been overwhelmingly pleased with the result of this near $3 million dollar remodeling project.

If you are already a part of "Building for the Future" we thank you. You have been critical to the success we have achieved thus far. If you are not there are many opportunities for you to join our team and see this campaign to its finality.

The Foundation is also actively seeking planned gifts, memorials, and other contributions to the future of Lower Valley health care needs.

The area needs more nurses, physicians and health care personnel. The Foundation can be your vehicle to make sure the quality of life we enjoy today in Sunnyside and Grandview will still be available for our children and grand children.
