If you would like to be a volunteer you need to be at least 15-years-old. Volunteers can work in just about every department of the hospital. Whether it is helping to sort and deliver mail, or walk a patient from the main entrance to the Laboratory every volunteer job is important. Student volunteers can receive credit when coordinated with their high school. Our 2003 Volunteer of the Year, Gordon Edes, pictured at right, is a dedicated member of our team.

Our hospital also has an active Auxiliary program. Auxiliary members run the hospital gift shop and are involved in many other projects that benefit the hospital and health care in our area. Every year the Auxiliary awards college scholarships to local students pursuing careers in health care. To join the hospital auxiliary please contact Penny Duren at 837-1651 for more information.
