Valley Internal Medicine is proud to care for adult and geriatric patients in our Valley. We are located on Edison Avenue directly across from Sunnyside Community Hospital. There is ample off-street parking and disabled parking spaces close to the front entrance.

Dr. Anna Madej joined the staff at Valley Internal Medicine in March 2007 and has been busy getting to know the patients in our clinic. She joins us from a medical practice in Centralia, Washington. Dr. Madej is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is currently available for consultation for adult medicine care, as well as limited availability for new patients to establish.

Dawn Beals, NP-C (Nurse Practitioner – Certified) is a full-time provider in our clinic. She specializes in wound care and is presently caring for patients in the practice of Dr. Ang, who recently re-located to another area. Dawn is available to provide primary care services to patients and we welcome new patient inquiries.

Internal Medicine services within Sunnyside Community Hospital are provided by the hospital based physicians, Dr. Coke Smith, Dr. Francesco Vinci, and Dr. Michael Gawlik. Dr. Madej also provides in-patient care at the hospital on a rotating basis. These board certified Internists are available for adult patients in our community who require Internal Medicine or critical care in the hospital setting.

Sunnyside Community Hospital is aggressively recruiting a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join the staff at Valley Internal Medicine. This is a difficult and often time-consuming task as there are fewer and fewer primary care providers available in our country. We are hopeful that a qualified candidate will soon be found to join our busy clinic.

We are accepting and welcoming new patients and are able to assist patients in a timely manner. Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare, Medicaid, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield and other common commercial insurances.
