Sunnyside Community Hospital is a critical access hospital located in Sunnyside, Washington in Central Washington State. The hospital has a 24 hour emergency room, 4 bed Intensive Care Unit, Medical Surgical Floor, Family Birth Center, Operating Rooms, Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging (X-Ray, CT Scan, Mobile MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Density Scan). Other services include Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy and Registered Dietician.
The hospital is a private, not-for-profit facility owned by the Sunnyside Community Hospital Association. An unpaid board of trustees governs the hospital, management services are provided by HealthTech Management Solutions.

Grandview, 5 miles east of Sunnyside has been revitalized by the location of a Walmart Regional Distribution Center. The Center has resulted in economic expansion our area including many new homes as well as jobs related to food processing.

And here's something for your bucket list, the annual Sunnyside Farm Implement Parade. The first Saturday of December, colorfully decorated farm implements, parade through the streets of Sunnyside to signal the start of the holiday season. The annual event draws thousands of people to Sunnyside.
